Grandma's Territorial Cheese

The regional cheese of England and Wales are some of the oldest known cheese varieties in the world, and as their name suggests, they each have their own distinct characteristics and recipes. From the classic crumbly Lancashire, to Double Gloucester’s mellow firm bodied texture, each one has its own history and story to tell.

It is the skill of our cheese makers, to take our milk and make each individual cheese, following its own recipe to produce the stunning russet coloured Red Leicester or the honeyed Wensleydale.

Many of these cheese varieties are used in later manufacture at Grandma Singletons, to produce our prize winning blended dessert and savoury cheese varieties.

Every single batch of cheese is individually and independently graded for quality before being despatched around the world.
